STRATEGY
Being keen on social media, I have decided to address my master thesis on this path. I have written a research called “Emergency and Marketing Communication: Social Media Platforms in Japan before and after the 2011 Earthquake”. This task has been highly engaging as it widened my knowledge and generated a new rational way with which I look at social media and their potential.
Among the existing platforms, the one I like the most is Instagram.
I think it has a great visual capability because it enables a strong and direct communication with its users.
When talking about business, tools like stories, related polls, quiz or contests increase the chances for a higher brand awareness and customer engagement: I do think this is one of the best ways to be closer to customers and earn their trust.
