IN PRACTICE
Between 2018 and 2019 I had the opportunity to deal with Japanese customers, developing greater communication skills in hospitality as well as customer service experience in the retail sector. As a booking agent, I provided fast-paced interaction with customers all over the world. Furthermore, since I was the only one in my team being familiar with Japanese language, I was in charge of dealing with Japanese customers and their requests. If here the communication took place especially through phone and mails, it became a face-to-face communication when I worked as a sales assistant during the 76th edition of the Venice Film Festival.
